the reveal.
it took an entire night, two pieces of floral foam and a band-aid for my pine induced cut...but the centerpiece is done! and, i actually kind of love it! my preference would have been for red candles, but there don't seem to be any left in the city. (if you happen to know of where any are hiding, let me know!)
the centerpiece includes (and these are all fresh-cut from back home):
- rosemary
- basil
- pine
- a more prickly pine
- cedar
- red sticks (okay, i have no idea what they are actually called. but they’re red, and stick-like)
- pine cones
- berries
next up? my round up of favourite christmas songs.

those “red sticks” that you got all fuzz covered cutting are dogwood..*L*….smell nice??..looks real purdy, oh and I have red candles, want to take some home with you “after” christmas??*L*
