it’s a girl!

my newest baby, the diana mini. i got her for christmas and can't wait to get out and shoot with her! i know there are lots of apps to replicate the look, but there's something fun about shooting on actual film and having to wait to see what you've got. the diana (like my holga) also let's you do multiple exposures on one frame, which leads to other fun things that you can't really do with an application (okay, so you kinda can, but it's not really the same... ;)  ) some cool examples of multiple exposures i really dig are here, here and here.
sooo...who wants to go out and experiment with me?

    these are awes!!! totes making my life! and giving me very high expectations for my first roll of film! hahaha
